Responsible for the Payable function while adhering to accounting practices through maintenance, verification and reliable accounting for all invoices, dues, payments, and outstanding balances with regards to all vendors etc across the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and
  • processing of accounts payable transactions
  • Using accounting software Zoho for entries
  • Vendor management
  • Ensure all cash and credit card takings are banked and accounted for in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the Payroll function operates efficiently on a daily basis
  • Track, classify, file all receipts, vouchers
  • Handle petty cash and reimbursements
  • Managing Accounts Payable
  • Monthly financial closing activities
  • Monthly proofing of accounts receivable balance sheet items

  • Create/understand a storyboard (SB) - Should be able to visualize and execute the concept described in the SB
  • Create highly engaging multimedia content - Develop graphics, animations, videos and integrate voice-overs

Skillset

  • Experience and interest in creating high quality videos
