Aadhan Refer and Earn Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The refer and earn program is open to all registered users of Aadhan mobile application who meet the eligibility criteria.
  • We are presently providing the refer and earn program exclusively for Android users. Support for iOS users will be implemented in the coming future.

2. Referral:

  • To take part in the refer and earn program, users are required to refer friends or contacts through the unique referral link provided by the Aadhan mobile application after successful registration. We are presently providing the refer and earn program exclusively for Android users. Support for iOS users will be implemented in the coming future.
  • Referred individuals ("Referred Users") must use the provided link to install the app from play/app store.

3. Rewards:

  • Referrers will earn a reward for each successful milestone reached.
  • Rewards will be sent to the referrer's physical address or by hand or through email based on the type of the reward after the referred user reaches the specified milestone.
  • Aadhan media pvt ltd reserves the right to modify the reward structure at any time.

4. Redemption:

  • Users can earn rewards after reaching a milestone with valid referees.
  • Once a user reaches a milestone, we will verify the all referees then will proceed to send the rewards.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Reward Not Received:

  • We will prioritize the distribution of rewards based on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the process may take longer than anticipated.
  • If you haven't received your reward despite reaching the milestone, please send an email from your registered email address to help@aadhan.in.

6. Fraudulent Activity:

  • Aadhan media pvt ltd reserves the right to disqualify any user engaging in fraudulent or unethical activities, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts or engaging in spam.
  • Any attempts to manipulate the refer and earn program will result in the forfeiture of rewards or will stop sending rewards and block the users.

7. Termination

  • Aadhan media pvt ltd reserves the right to terminate or modify the refer and earn program at any time without prior notice.
  • Termination of the program will not affect previously earned and unredeemed rewards.

8. General:

  • By participating in the refer and earn program, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Aadhan media pvt ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.

9. Liability:

  • Aadhan media pvt ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions that may affect the participation in the refer and earn program.
  • Aadhan media pvt ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the rewards.
